We started by implementing proper version control of the software, then by moving their servers to a proper datacenter. Wiki for documentation, software coding standards for the different languages, CI/CD. Unit Testing, etc... We took them from the dark ages to a modern 21st century enterprise with proper DevSecOps.

After creating the back-end interface for the ad managemnt for ALL Turner properties (includding golf.com and all nba websites). We need to integrate that the depliyment of all ads, to all websites at the right time and place. Major coordination with every website in Turner - From teamcoco.com to nascar.com to cartoonnetwork.com. We were able not only to deploy the ad management software, but to make sure the rights ads were displayed on the proper websites.
